A Borzoipoo is a mix between a Borzoi and a Standard Poodle. They are beautiful, intelligent and vigorous dogs. Crossing the two breeds also brings the health benefits of a hybrid, reducing the recessive genetic issues you can see in a purebred line.
These dogs tend to show fewer of the chase behaviors you would expect from a purebred Borzoi. They are lean but large, generally ranging from 35 to 50 lbs, and usually live between 10 and 12 years, some up to 15.
In temperament they are cheerful, playful, family dogs, with the kind of trainability you get from the Poodle side. As with all of our dogs, the parents are health tested and cleared by our veterinarian before they are ever bred.

Our Borzoi girls, Stoli and Ghost, are still growing up and finding their place in the pack. Paired with our standard poodles, they are the foundation of our Borzoipoo program.
